The Academy, a State Recognised institution with CODE no: 29016884, is located in a new and beautiful specially designed building at 2.000m2, approved by The Ministry of Education. The building is equipped with all imaginable facilities. |

3 Years total
The Courses start twice a year and you can enter on the 15th of September or the 10th of January.
Daily 9.00 - 16.00, 6 hours plus 50 min lunch break per day, 5 days per week, Academic year of 10 months.
Graduate students qualify as Interior Architects/Designers
The graduate students can become members of the World Wide Interior Design Association IIDA.

Accommodation
Here is some information to help you find suitable accommodation for your stay in Monda/Marbella. It is very easy to rent a furnished house or apartment in Monda or Marbella. You will have plenty to choose from.
Marbella
Living in Marbella is only practical for students who have driving licences and who wish to purchase a car. Cars are reasonably priced; you can buy a good, old car for around 700 to 1.000 Euros.
If you do not have a car or a driving license, then we do not recommend that any students live in Marbella. We have had many cases where students cannot come to classes on time as the students they have been having lifts with are not attending. If this happens, then you will be stranded in Marbella, as the public bus service from Marbella to Monda is slow and the timetable irregular.
Monda
We recommend that all students live in Monda which is a 3 to 5min walk from the Academy.
For accommodation in Monda, please contact Karen for: Rooms, apartments and houses for rent in Monda. They are all furnished and a short distance from our Academy.

Karen will also be able to send you some pictures via email of the rooms, houses or apartments that may interest you.
We recommend that all students live in or near Monda, as they will be then be able to make best use the facilities offered at the Academy and will have little travel time.
Many students opt for house or apartment sharing. Karen will make contact for you with other students searching for house/flat mates. When students share houses or apartments they normally pay 200Euros per month each.
Before you sign any rental contract, please come and show it to the administration at the Academy to ensure everything is OK.
The 1st Week:
We recommend that all students rent rooms in hostels in Marbella for the 1st week, as there are no hostels in Monda. You will then have a week to choose from the houses and apartments available for rent in Monda.
International students need the receipt, 1 week paid, from the hostel to obtain their student Visa.
In this 1st week there will be a bus service from Marbella to the Academy in Monda.
The bus will leave from downtown Marbella at 8.00am in the morning and will arrive 8.20am at the Academy, you can eat breakfast at our students restaurant GAUDI.
Students take the public bus back to Marbella in the afternoon at 18.30pm. The bus leaves from the bus stop next to Bar Sur at Plaza Ermita in Monda (3min walk from the Academy). New students will have time to look at houses and apartments in Monda between 16.00 and 18.30.
