 The Diploma Course in Interior Design The Academy, a State Recognised institution with CODE no: 29016884, is located in a new and beautiful specially designed building at 2.000m2, approved by The Ministry of Education. The building is equipped with all imaginable facilities.
3 Years total
The Courses start twice a year and you can enter on the 15th of September or the 10th of January.
Daily 9.00 - 16.00, 6 hours plus 50 min lunch break per day, 5 days per week, Academic year of 10 months.
Graduate students qualify as Interior Architects/Designers
The graduate students can become members of the World Wide Interior Design Association IIDA.

In the 2nd and 3rd year, the students further develop the theory and practical skills. The projects given are more complex and the students are required to deliver technical drawings, such as electricity and plumbing plans, technical constructive drawings, sample boards, management plans as well as a budget for each and all of the projects delivered.

The computer skills are also developed further. All projects presented will have been developed using AutoCad, PhotoShop, Illustrator and 3D Max.

Graduated students, who complete our 3 years program, leave the Marbella Design Academy as highly professional Interior Architects and Designers. Many will already have jobs waiting for them as companies constantly contact the academy with tempting job offers.

The graduated students can become members of the World Wide Interior Design Association IIDA.

DIPLOMAS
Graduated Students, who have completed the 2nd and the 3rd year and who have a high school Diploma will qualify for:

A State Recognized Diploma from Marbella Design Academy Costa del Sol s.l.:
Técnico Superior en Proyectos y Dirección de Obras de Decoración (2060hours/120CP) University level, stamped by the Ministry of Education, Junta de Andalucia in Spain.

The student will also qualify for a private Diploma:
Higher Education in Interior Design from Marbella Design Academy Costa del Sol s.l. (3050hours/180CP) University level, Equivalent to a Bachelor degree level.

Graduated Students who have completed the 2nd and the 3rd year without having a high school Diploma, but who have passed an admission exam after the 1st year of study and who are 19 years old minimum before the end of December in the year they have entered in the 2nd year will qualify for:

A State Recognized Diploma from Marbella Design Academy Costa del Sol s.l.:
Técnico Superior en Proyectos y Dirección de Obras de Decoración (2060hours/120CP) University level, stamped by the Ministry of Education, Junta de Andalucia in Spain.

The student will as well qualify for a private Diploma:
Higher Education in Interior Design from Marbella Design Academy Costa del Sol s.l. (3050hours/180CP) University level, Equivalent to a Bachelor level.

Graduated Students, who have completed the 2nd and the 3rd year without having a high school Diploma and who have not passed the admission exam or who were under 19 years old during the year they entered in the 2nd year will qualify for:
A private Diploma Higher Education in Interior Design from Marbella Design Academy Costa del Sol s.l. (3050hours/180CP) University level, Equivalent to a Bachelor level.

All the graduated interior design students qualify as:

Interior Architect - Designers IIDA
Or
Interior Architect - Designers with Furniture and Product Design IIDA
